Managing Director, Escapade Vacations
Born in Egypt, raised in England and emigrating to Israel has given Neomie a truly global perspective. Neomie speaks several languages including English, French, Hebrew and a smattering of Arabic. Having successfully achieved her goals in the medical and educational field, Neomie decided to enter her second career, travel, with Peltours in London, becoming the Sales & Marketing Manager. In 1994, Neomie joined Isram World as a Business Development Manager for the Southeast and subsequently moved to the headquarters in New York. What she loves most about travel? "Finding that little café in Gueliz that offers a scrumptious breakfast for less than a dollar,” she says, "or stopping to chat with the women who operate the Argan Women's Co-op on the road to Essaouira.” Today, Neomie brings the breadth of her experience to Escapade Vacations as Managing Director of this division, which specializes in travel to Spain, Portugal and Morocco.

"I believe that traveling to any destination in the world is culturally enlightening and entertaining,” says Elisa Pardo, who specializes in Spain, Portugal and Morocco for Escapade Vacations. "During my 40+ years in the travel industry, I have had the opportunity to visit each of these countries numerous times, becoming closer to them and always loving every minute.” Born, raised and educated in Colombia, Elisa spent seven semesters majoring in architecture, then got married and emigrated to the U.S. where her husband resided.
She has worked for Swissair, served as the director of Spanish Heritage Tours and E-commerce manager of Skylink, and has been with Isram World since 2007.
Born in Malaga, Spain, Esther Sanz Barranco knows her way around the globe. She was introduced to the tourism industry early on (her father was a managing director for Viajes Iberia, an incoming travel agency in Costa del Sol, for over 40 years) and she traveled extensively throughout Europe and Asia as a semi-professional badminton player for 15 years. After finishing college in Madrid (she earned a Bachelors degree in Business and Administration with a concentration in Tourism), she worked in Spain at an incoming travel agency. Soon after, she moved to Paris, France and Germany where while working in various aspects of the travel industry, she perfected both countries' native languages. Her next stop? The United States, where she has worked for tour operators since her time of arrival.
Esther joined the Isram World team in February 2009. No one knows and loves Spain like Esther. She says, "I love to travel for wanderlust, to broaden my mind, enrich my spirit and have new experiences.”
